We begin by understanding the commodity, target volume, location, buyer or seller profile, intended transaction structure, documentation status, and commercial requirements.
We review the opportunity to determine whether it is commercially relevant, legally supportable, and aligned with Apex Prime Oil Inc.’s business development and facilitation role.
We coordinate with relevant buyers, sellers, suppliers, distributors, importers, exporters, logistics providers, storage providers, inspection companies, or other qualified counterparties.
We assist in organizing and transmitting key documents such as company profiles, letters of intent, purchase inquiries, offers, commercial terms, authority documents, product specifications, and transaction support documents.
We support lawful verification and screening of parties, documents, authority, transaction flow, source of product, and other commercial risk areas.
Where applicable, we help coordinate with licensed or accredited third-party providers such as logistics companies, storage providers, customs brokers, inspection companies, testing laboratories, surveyors, legal counsel, tax advisors, and banks.
Once parties, documents, terms, and service provider requirements are sufficiently aligned, we support the transition toward formal contracting, regulatory processing, logistics execution, and closing coordination by the responsible parties.
